In 1970, Eleftherios Goudis, a qualified junior engineer, began the design and construction of his first residential building after founding the company KTIRIAKI KATASTAVASTIKI. Since then, he has accumulated extensive experience in the field and completed numerous projects, primarily commercial buildings and residences. Today, the second generation represented by Athanasios Goudis, a qualified Civil Engineer (MSc) continues this legacy by founding KARPION Building Development. The company draws inspiration from Carpo, an ancient Greek architect and theorist of the 5th century BC known primarily through Vitruvius’s references regarding the Temple of Apollo and Artemis at Daphne (designed alongside Ictinus) and offers comprehensive solutions backed by a high level of expertise and professional training in the sector.
